When can I make a donation?
Donations are accepted between the hours of 11am - 4pm, 7 days a week.
Please Note: Doors are locked 15 minutes prior to closing.

How can I drop off a donation?
Furniture / Mattresses / Box Springs / Headboard / Bed Frames:
Approval must be obtained. Text pictures to 914-490-3966. No phone calls.
Voice messages relating to furniture pickups will not be returned.
We offer COMPLETE HOME & COMMERCIAL CLEAN-OUTS. Call or text: 914-490-3966
We always need Automobiles to help our recipients. Call for pick up: 914-490-3966
Drop off for soft items:
Pack items in plastic tied bags, plastic bins or cardboard boxes. No loose clothing and no clothes on hangers. No bags, bins or boxes will be returned to you. Place soft items in our DONATION truck that is parked in our parking lot. If back door of truck is closed DO NOT OPEN IT. Come inside and ask for assistance. Please do not leave donations outside of our building.
Drop off for hard items:
Pack items in SMALL boxes or bins. Bring them through front door. Put boxes on cart provided. Follow arrows on the floor until you get to the curtain that will be on your right. Please be patient while we review your donations. All unacceptable items will be returned to you. Boxes must not be larger than 20 X 16 and do not pack them too heavy. Please do not leave donations outside of our building.
What are soft-item donations?
Anything that is soft and flexible such as fabrics, toilet paper, and disposable gloves is a soft-item donation. The only exception is we consider jewelry a soft-item. Below is a list of examples.

What are hard-item donations?
A hard-item donation is anything that is rigid. Some examples are:
Appliances - small household ones | Books - packed in small boxes | Cell phones | Clocks | Decorative items |
Dishes - 4 or more of each kind | Drinking glasses - 4 or more of each kind | DVDs | Electronics | Eye glasses |
Framed Art work in very good condition | Games in original sealed package | Housewares (4 or more dishes, glasses, no dirt, chipped, broken. No plastics) | Jewelry | Lamp shades in very good condition |

Toy Donations
We do not accept any used toys. All donated toys must be in their original packaging and unopened.
